It helps to separate three things. A dermal filler is a firm, cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel that adds volume where it is placed. A standard HA skin booster deposits soft hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin and lift its surface quality. Sunekos does something different again: it pairs low molecular weight hyaluronic acid with a patented cluster of six amino acids, the building blocks of collagen and elastin. Rather than only hydrating, it signals your fibroblasts to rebuild the extracellular matrix, the skin's underlying scaffold, so your skin produces new collagen and elastin of its own. That regenerative action is why Sunekos is often chosen for thin, delicate, or crepey skin, including the under-eyes, neck, and décolletage, where volume is not the goal but skin quality is. Results build gradually over a short course rather than appearing all at once.
Treatment takes 20 to 30 minutes. Multiple small injections are administered across the treatment area. Most clients find the procedure comfortable, especially with topical numbing.
